*Express Post daily cut-off for same day dispatch is 11.30am Eastern Standard Time.
*Flammable/Dangerous Goods such as peroxides and aerosols cannot be sent by Express Post

ORDER DISPATCH TIMES
1-2 business days from when you place your order. Orders may take 2-3 days longer to dispatch during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas/New Year and long weekend public holidays. Please expect Australia Post delays during these periods.

Please note we don't offer Express Post on some interstate orders due to the large number of items classed as dangerous goods in our catalogue. Items such as aerosols, peroxides and some hair colours cannot be sent by Express Post.

Please note that parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided or not being claimed from a post office within Australia Post's designated timeframe (normally 2 weeks) will be subject to a restocking fee of $9.95 per parcel.
